sometimes I think I can be a real handful, even for myself! ha ha I am so appreciative of shones love. I must admit I am really enjoying (5 Days now) of being completely sober, and about 80% raw! I know it’s just the first week. but the feeling and outlook that it’s creating is magical! It feels so great to just jump in and do it all at once! The fruits and veggies are very calming and I can feel them nourishing and healing me. Like I said mary, I’m not leaving you behind entirely, there is nothing better than a magical carpet ride, however, I am going to save those for special occasions and not daily living.

I’ve been getting high daily for almost 2 years now, and I it was fun, but I like to change it up! I am feeling more energy return. This is exactly what I was after. It went much further than just breaking my daily addiction to coffee. I am Elated for my new freedoms I am regaining.

Dearest friends, no worries, you can smoke and drink all you want. Even around me, it’s not tempting, and I would never wish for anybody to change their ways just because I am. I love you and would miss you dearly if I did not see you around!
