I woke up today in the best mood ever! I am full of love and gratitude today! The feeling is pouring out of me and I like it! I feel amazing! I feel light, empty (as in digestive organs and tract) and humming along. My mind is clear, super alert, and every single cell in my body is singing LOVE LOVE LOVE!

I started to make my super delicious smoothie this morning:

handful of frozen blueberries
2 oranges
1/2 cup of strawberries
1 cup of kale
1 pink of cilantro
1 cup of coconut water
2 tblspoons of cinnamon
2 tblspoons of flax meal
2 tablspoons of chia seeds
1 tsp of agave nectar

while I was loading it up into the vita mix, all of the amazing and loving raw food community came to mind! Their love was pouring in through their tweets, their blogs, and their communities! They have been a constant reminder to me, have always provided me with love and inspiration, and have always been there, no matter what up or down I was on my raw food journey!

I am truly grateful!

I have always been one to surround myself with the things that inspire me. No matter where I turn, there is always something so beautiful, so grounding , and so uplifting. Today I am full of love! and I wanted to share my love with some of these amazing individuals!

Up until I started following dhrumil on twitter, I had tried the raw food lifestyle, been moderately successful with it, but was not able to maintain my journey. I need support. I needed reminders. I needed to see others living and breathing, and learn from their habits. Dhrumil was the first connection that really got me hooked! I love following his adventures. He is way too fucking amazing for words! If any of you are on any similar kind of path as mine, I highly recommend you surrounding yourself with his influences. You’ll be thanking yourself someday just like I was this morning!!!

I instantly fell in love with philip. I connected with him I would say a year after he started his raw food journey, right around the time he started his 100 day juice feast. Philip’s story is so highly motivating!!! He lost 200 pounds in 2 years by turning to the raw food lifestyle, after trying every single option out there!! Read his story here. I fell in love with Justin and Heidi. A couple sharing adventures and the raw food lifestyle. They are so amazing. Their love and determination are very catching. They are so real, and share so much of their path with their readers. It’s highly contagious! I followed along on twitter while Justin broke his caffeine addiction! So inspiring, he is supposed to be coming out with an ebook soon to help us all out, (if we should seek it). Heidi is so honest, and so nurtering, her love and desire to share their raw food path is nothing short of amazing!

One of the reasons I am so excited to move to SF is so that I can visit this magical restaurant more frequently! There is nothing quite like the experiences that I have had at this place. Full of happy and magically wonderful people and food. When you sit down and order, you’ll recognize some amazing affirmations! I was so grateful when they got on twitter! I love having them in my twitterscope, I receive so much on my inspiration from twitter!

Although there are many more amazing influences, I have to say that this was my beginning! These elements have been consistent with my needs for years now! I am so grateful to receive their love and support! I honestly believe that much of my happiness comes from these amazing earthlings! Since them other magical earthlings have sprouted up, but I will save them for another post. I just really wanted to send all my love and appreciation today to these remarkable and absolutely amazing people!
