I desire to navigate this adventure with a light heart and mind. Which means that when any kind of conflicts come up, I generally would love for them to be resolved immediately, ha ha right! no seriously, I just really appreciate when a path is created and the light is once again lightened.

We are only ever responsible for our state of mind. If we allow others too much our own emotion and energy, that is our issue, and not others, and it’s vice versa.

Today was a great day.

I am light again. and I enjoyed sharing with another butterfly and help light her load as well.

we only have one life you guys, and if you want quality of life, you have to work for it, and it’s worth every second, just do it with love and compassion, kindness and patience, and even the rough parts are not so bad.
