at times I am aware that I get a little overwhelmed by this journey, I tend to dig in deeper and hold on a little too tight when I am going through some transitions and growth. I am constantly working on trying to find a lighter and easier way when this happens. tomorrow we hit Whole Foods and then @nopantsdance and I prepare our produce so that we can try and be at least 80% Raw for our festival experience this weekend. We are bringing a vita mix cause captain canada will have his rv, stuff for salads, guacamole and carrots and cucumber, and anything else that catches our attention while at the store. We are prepping everything ahead of time so that all we have to do is open container and grab and go. Smoothies and Salads are nice and quick! This will be my first mainly raw experience at a festival! I just know that I can do it!

I love festival times, I always try to use it as a time to eat light, fresh, and the lack of needing comfort foods at a festival always reminds me that I like the path that I am on.

we had a very productive boho sunday!! it started out with @dubled, we discussed blogging, internets, web caming, browsing, tumblr, and getting her up and active online. it was wonderful getting to spend some 1 on 1 time with @dubled, such a beautiful goddess with so much heart and love for life.

then @heatherlinbell and @nopantsdance came over and we discussed the future of bohocrush magazine and being available online on web cam for tour guides for the new community on bohocrush once we launch!

all in all a fantastic female bonding and internet loving day! goddess energy and bonding is really important to us, and I am so thankful to be uniting with some very amazing, powerful, creative, and sexual creatures.

I played the full DVD of ashes and snow for my guests. Sometimes you can communicate so well by sharing your inspiration. we all agreed that feeling more grounded to earth, and life is something we are all yearning for. the video really brought out things within all of us that really brought us together on an entirely new level.

and so the story begins:

once upon a time shone wanted to start taking pictures. so, he got a camera, and he informed georgette that he was going to start taking pictures of her.

ahhhh yes, she learned quickly that regardless of how all natural you wish to live, there is always some kind of preparation that must be accomplished for the lense.

once georgette started to see herself more in pictures, she started to learn more about body awareness, and how to start playing and enjoying being in front of the lense.

soon she realized that she wanted to make some changes. the changes she wanted too see was her health and appearance. instead of starving herself and using fad diets, she started to learn more about the raw food lifestyle. she was always more concerned with her health, and how she felt, verses how thin she needed to appear.

at some point, she felt that she wished to experiment with more hair and makeup styles in front of the camera.

and of course, all of this was even more magical, because she was sharing this journey with the man she loved, the artist of bohocrush.

she really enjoyed the raw lifestyle, it really started to give her more and more body awareness and confidence in front of shones camera.

I am so full of love and appreciation! I am thankful and will always cherish the early years! I learned a lot about myself, and once again, after going down memory lane, am so inspired to learn even more about myself, to explore the lense further, and to really get back to the raw lifestyle! I love bohocrush!

Years back when I was a frequent shopper, I always over bought, and over consumed. So much that I still have things in my closet with the price tag on them! Unfortunately most of the things I am no longer interested in, and have been shipping to the good will. Most of the things I do not need, and many just take up space in my side of our not so closet……. closet.

The last few years have really taught me so much about myself, my priorities, and where to focus my attention. Some things I have learned:

1. When living on a limited budget: It’s way more important to me to spend the money on quality food that I eat everyday. I got off track for a bit and started consuming more processed and junk food. YUCK! I have been paying the price and now thankfully slowly and steadily weaning myself back off. By focusing on living everyday, and making sure that I consume enough veggies and fruits, I am getting back on track! Watch out summer, I am working on it! It feels so good to make my money count. Sometimes it’s okay to make do with what you have, even if you have to stretch it out over a few years. The time will come again when things are more providing. I believe!

2. Clothes do not make who I am. Regardless of what I am wearing, or what I am not wearing, I am always me. It’s most important to focus on myself, my health, my skin, and my self love, the accessories I place on my body are just that. Taking the time to really get to know myself, and how I feel, were really important in developing my ideas for future ideas of fashion. ( someday I will create a very limited clothing line, even if it’s just for me to wear)

3. It is important for me to have a plan. This plan ensures limited consumerism. Filling empty or lonely voids with shopping and distractions does not fill the void. In my case, it only took me further and further from myself. Now that I have a plan, I feel so connected to every single item I bring into my life. Everything new item will have a place, and I will know just how to work it into a few different outfits, and love and enjoy every single bit of it!

4. The more clothes I have, the more upkeep and work it takes to maintain them. argh! I am a very simple and easy going girl. More effort and time spent on laundry and folding is way beyond me! ha ha I can easily spend an entire day building this wordpress blog, but laundry! HELL NO!

So now, I have a plan:

1. I want to be mobile. I want to travel. In order to do this, I need less not more. I need items that travel easy, work with a few different things in my collection, and are easy to wash. (no dry cleaning please!!!! the chemicals that dry cleaning creates and the fact that they are on my skin, is not what I consider happy clothes, and happy skin!) If I need a quick wash, and can possibly line dry, then I am in!

2. I want to feel and look sexy! I love items that when I wear them make me feel incredibly sexy and desireable. Color and vibrance! Things that flow and work well with my body. I’m a curvy girl, and plan on always remaining so. I love open collar and neck lines. I feel suffocated when there is too much fabric around my neck.

I love dresses and skirts that require no bras or panties. I love to be free. I love looser fitting items that don’t restrict circulation. I like jeans sometimes, but really they are not as important. Most of the time sitting in them causes creases in my skin, and those creases block my skin from free flow and circulation. I am a nut ball about treating my body the best I can.

** Bras? I have the most expensive bra ever! I chose to get a boob job around 6 or 7 years ago. I think everything in life is moderation. No matter what you want, you should go for it. My breasts get lots of boobie massages from myself and shone, and I skin brush them well to help keep them soft and happy. I don’t wear a bra, I don’t like blocking circulation around them. Ask me about things like this if you are interested. I will share more with you on another post. **

3. I need to feel grounded. Clothes that allow my skin to breathe and take in the magical sun rays. Items that I can step right into nature, or right into a big city! I’ll always be the little country girl. No matter where you take me!

4. I love costumes! Costumes that can be shared with the boho crew! Items and accessories that we can all share while wearing on stage, or in a photoshoot! I don’t need them all to myself. Sharing is caring, and fun costume clothes can come and go, jumping into many closets, and always in a good home. These have a travel/storage place all on their own. And with @nopantsdance in the house, we’ll have the most organized costume closet ever!

5. I may not be flowing in cash right now, but when I do, I do not mind paying a nice price for quality items. Once shone found these boots that were $1100.00. I would easily get them, and use them well. I would maybe wear them for a year or so, and then start sharing with the crew. Quality is quality, and the price always reflects that quality. I am okay with this. If something makes you feel so sexy and desirable, then it should get good use out of it!

Okay, so this is the start of a great plan. Now I just need to find the online resources that will be useful for me. Any suggestions? Guys I love to hear from you too. Shone always picks out the most amazing things. I know you guys know what looks good on a woman! Share please!
