wow,

I am aware that from this day forward there are going to start being a lot of changes in my life. They have been happening pretty frequently throughout the past 6 years or so, and have been steadily increasing the frequency of occurrences. It continues to happen all around me.

* I am aware of my being, I am not holding on tight, (I have hiccups, and my recoveries are almost instantaneous: lately it’s been super freaky and I am super grateful)

* I am present with my path and my intentions; communication and expression are my tools to make it happen

* I have complete belief in shone and his navigations, as I do in my own

* I love adventures! I’m a cancer armed with a laptop as my “nest” and I am ready!

** if you want to dance you’ve got to move, regardless if @nopantsdance is near or far her love and energy is always inspiring me to connect physically with the rythym! I AM Grateful!!!

this day is filled with universal insights and transformations!

I am currently listening to “medicine hop” an unreleased album by random rab. it’s the energy and love that is guiding my way.
