User Agreement

This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets out the rules for registering, logging in, maintaining your profile, and interacting on Gcrush. The current login and registration pages require users to be at least 18 years of age.
Please read this Agreement, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy carefully before registering. This draft is provided in a testing environment and remains subject to formal confirmation.
1. Account and Eligibility
By creating an account or using Gcrush, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy.
2. Registration and Profile Maintenance
Please set your username, password, and other required information as instructed on the registration page. You must not impersonate others or use nicknames or profile pictures that infringe the rights of others.
You may update your personal information through the functions actually available in your account settings.
Your public nickname, profile picture, and comments may be visible to other users. Please avoid including private contact details, identity documents, or other sensitive information in these public fields.
3. Passwords and Recovery Credentials
Please keep your password, login status, and account recovery credentials secure. Do not share your password or recovery codes with anyone, and do not upload recovery cards or codes to public places.
The current pages support changing your password and recovering your account using recovery credentials. Before performing any such operation, confirm that you are on the correct website. If you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, change your password promptly and report the issue through the feedback channel.
4. Viewing and Interaction Records
After logging in, you may use the features currently available, including favorites, watch history, comments, and notifications. Watch history is used to support continued viewing and to display your personal history. Favorites allow you to save works you choose.
You can manage your favorites and watch history through your personal center, and clear watch history and local search history through the security and privacy pages. Deleting records on the page does not necessarily delete all server-side logs or backups; the exact scope will be described in the formal Privacy Policy.
5. Account Usage Responsibilities
You must not steal or impersonate another person’s account, or use your account for fraud, infringement, harassment, publishing illegal information, or disrupting the Service.
In cases of suspected abnormal activity, the platform will handle the matter based on actual verification and will provide a channel for feedback.
If your account experiences problems, please provide sufficient information to help locate the issue. Do not include passwords, full recovery codes, or login tokens in the body of your feedback.
6. Stopping Use and Account Deletion
You may log out and stop using the Service at any time. When applying to delete your account, carefully read the process, consequences, and actual submission results shown on the page, and back up any information you wish to keep.
The current account deletion capability depends on the features actually available. If the page indicates that submission is not supported or the submission fails, the request has not been accepted; you may inquire through the feedback channel.
Cooling-off periods, withdrawal methods, and the final scope of data deletion will be confirmed in the formal version.
7. Contact and Matters Pending Confirmation
Account or content issues may be submitted through the feedback channel. When handling requests involving personal information, we will need to verify the relationship between the request and your account.
Before formal release, the following items must be confirmed: the contracting entity, official contact methods, account restriction and appeal procedures, account deletion and recovery mechanisms, applicable regions, dispute resolution, and the method of notifying changes to this Agreement.
